M. Karuna Raju, President

Shri M Karuna Raju is a post-graduate in Material Management and has 35 years of vast experience in various industries which include Engineering, Construction, and Aquaculture. Karuna Raju is currently the Director, Satya Sai Industries Pvt Ltd; Managing Director, BKR Marine Exim Ltd; Director, Sai Shrimp Hatchery Pvt Ltd.

Dr. G. Dharma Data M. Pharm,Ph.D, B.L., Vice President

Worked as Regulatory Officer in various capacities in Drugs Control Administration in Undevided State of Andhra Pradesh and retired as Director (FAC) in 2014.
He has been actively involved in Sri Satya Sai Service activities for the past 32 years.
After retirement he has taken up the responsibility of Vice President, Sai Seva Sangh for the past 8 years.

Aruna Pradeep, Secretary

An Alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, she has been the cornerstone of the Sai Seva Sangh and an inspiration to many other volunteers. She has been associated with the organization since 1992 and has been providing dedicated service to scale the various units. Her passion for serving the society is extraordinary as she has worked tirelessly over the years to provide all round development to the children and inmates.

M.Rama Devi, Treasurer

M Rama Devi, wife of M Karuna Raju, is Director of M/S Satya Sai Industries Private Ltd, Patancheru Hyderabad; Managing partner in Sai Aqua Products, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh; Dealer for CP Aquaculture India Private Ltd., Guntur district.

Radhika Sridhar, Member

Ms. Radhika Sridhar is a Post-Graduate in Psychology. She began her career in the development sector with the British Council in Hyderabad. She worked with the British Government – Department for International Development (DFID) for over 17 years managing various programs like ILO Child Labour Program, Tuberculosis Program, funding the Government of Andhra Pradesh. She has over 3 years of experience with Dr Reddys Foundation implementing the Livelihood Program for the rural youth. She was also associated with Landmark Education — a program for Living in unleashing the human potential. She has led many programs as an Introduction Leader and was trained in empowering and coaching people. She is also a certified Soft Skills Trainer. She has led many sessions specially onUnleashing Human Potential, Preventive care Health Management programmes like Sujok Acupressure to various senior and middle management executives for Banks, NGOs and Corporates. She is a member of Sai Seva Sangh and has been continuously associated with Sai Seva Sangh since its inception.

Sai Gowri, Member

Ms. Sai Gowri is a seasoned IT professional who is an alumnus of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. She is associated with Sai Seva Sangh right since her college days in 2001 and has been actively contributing to the organization. She holds a BTech in IT and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad).

Mahesh Balani, Member

Has over 20 years of experience working in Business Services & Manufacturing. He is currently Vice President at Genpact, where he manages Business Operations in Finance & Accounting,Procurement, and Supply Chain. He has earlier worked with Apollo Health Street, Seagate Technologies and Tata Consulting Engineers. Mahesh has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering and is a GE certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Uma Gopal Bathina, Member

Ms. Uma Gopal Bathina was Senior Vice President in Citibank. She has worn different hats in her 16 years with Citibank, initially with Corporate Affairs covering Public Relations, Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Event management for the Bank’s India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh operations. Her next role was to set up and later expand the Micro-Finance business for Citibank across India. During this period, she covered retail as well as Corporate lending to microfinance individuals and companies. One of the highlights in this business was taking the first Indian Microfinance company public. Uma was also the team leader for the development of the Biometric ATM for the microfinance customers of Citibank. After her last role in Citibank in 2012, Uma is now active with children’s literacy through the Hyderabad based NGO Pustakaar. She is a member of the core team that plans and executes the NGOs vision to encourage underprivileged children in over 60 schools in Hyderabad to read and get comfortable with books.

Mr. K.V. Krishna Murthy, Member

Mr. K. V. Krishnamurthy serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of KSK Energy Ventures Limited. He served as Head of Regulation & Risk Management of KSK Energy Ventures Limited. He heads the Risk and Regulatory Group at KSK and has experience in the power sector. He has experience in risk management, regulatory, commercial bidding, joint venture management and international exposure in business laws and contracts. He served as a Director of KSK Power Ventur PLC. He is a graduate in Commerce and has an MBA from Satya Sai Institute, Puttaparthy.
