a) Voluntary Nature of Donations

All donations made through this website are entirely voluntary. No donor is under any obligation to donate, and no benefit, service, or advantage — other than charitable impact and applicable statutory tax benefits — is offered in exchange for a donation.

b) Utilization of Funds

All funds received are utilized exclusively for charitable purposes in alignment with the registered objectives of Sai Seva Sangh and applicable provisions of Indian law. Detailed utilization reports are maintained and are available to statutory authorities as required.

c) Receipts & Tax Benefits

Official donation receipts will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and within a reasonable time of receipt of funds.
Where applicable, receipts for 80G income tax exemption under the Income Tax Act, 1961, will be issued. Tax benefits are subject to individual eligibility and prevailing tax regulations.
Sai Seva Sangh does not guarantee any specific tax outcome or exemption amount.

d) Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments may be processed through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent platforms). By proceeding with a donation, you also agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment gateway applicable at the time of transaction. Sai Seva Sangh does not store payment card or banking information.

e) Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable activities. However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate or erroneous transactions (reported within 7 days of the transaction).
Technical failures resulting in incorrect debit (with documentary proof).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to saisevasangh99@gmail.com with transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days via the original payment method.

6. Volunteers & Program Participants

Individuals who register as volunteers or participants in programs organized by Sai Seva Sangh agree to:

Abide by the organization’s code of conduct, safeguarding policy, and program guidelines.
Maintain the dignity, confidentiality, and best interests of beneficiaries at all times.
Not misrepresent their affiliation with or authority on behalf of Sai Seva Sangh.

Volunteer participation is undertaken on a purely voluntary basis. Sai Seva Sangh shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during volunteer activities unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the organization.
